Founded in 2022 by drummer and visionary Leo Wornick, The Leo Collective was born from a passion of providing a professional platform for exceptionally talented musicians. What began as a mission to help Leo and his peers thrive in their craft quickly evolved as the collective grew into a tight-knit network of 30+ passionate jazz, R&B, and funk virtuosos throughout the Bay Area and Los Angeles. As The Leo Collective has grown, so has its mission: to inspire audiences of all backgrounds and to create a feeling that transcends a simple performance. We are driven to deliver not only the finest curated live music but also to expertly tailor our sound to the unique acoustics and atmosphere of every venue.
